Outplacement – career transition

Labor market dynamics and business challenges often require companies to reorganize and restructure their employees. With the services of outplacement programs, companies show their social responsibility and offer support to employees who will be left without a job. Our outplacement program consists of numerous contents that offer employees support in their career transition process. 

  • Status Assessment: An assessment of a candidate's skills, strengths, and abilities. Together with the candidate, we review the current situation, think about and evaluate the direction in which they would like to continue their career and what jobs or working environments are the most suitable for them. 
  • Career planning: We set short-term and long-term goals with the candidate and build an individual plan with precise steps in the process of finding a job and building a further career. 
  • Personal brand: Together with the candidate, we create the so-called personal brand. This includes advice about the content and form of the CV and cover letter, setting up profiles on job search portals, and the way of communication on search portals. 
  • Psychometric testing: Program participants also undergo psychometric testing, which gives them a deeper insight into their own abilities and personality characteristics. 
  • Active job search: We focus on trends in the labor market, and actively help candidates to find new opportunities directly through our client network. 
  • Preparation for the job interview: We prepare the candidate for the course of the interview, for possible "traps" and possible questions from the future employer. We also advise candidates on how to successfully conclude final negotiations regarding financial packages and additional benefits. 

Our outplacement program includes 6 individual meetings and three or six months of active job search support, with our main goal empowering candidates to face new challenges and actively search for a new job.
