Salary and Trends Report – SATR Survey 

The purpose of the SATR research is to: 

  • study employers' approach to employee salaries and benefits, 
  • compare turnover across industries, 
  • examine employment trends and forecasts. 

The survey is part of the Manpower SEE project, conducted in six Southeast European countries. In 2023, 624 Slovenian companies participated in the survey. SATR provides insight into the current labor market situation and enables companies to plan their HR policies effectively, in line with the latest trends.
