This September marked a significant milestone for the teams from Manpower Slovenia, Hungary, and Croatia. For the first time since joining under the leadership of Tamás Fehér, the three country teams gathered at the picturesque Park Inn hotel in Zalakaros, Hungary, for an unforgettable team-building event. The event was filled with opportunities to strengthen bonds, relax, and simply have fun together.
The event kicked off with a warm reception, where colleagues from all three countries met and mingled over refreshments. This "Meet & Greet" party aimed to help the teams get to know each other better, fostering collaboration across borders as future projects will require closer cooperation between Croatia, Slovenia, and Hungary.
The program combined relaxation and fun, allowing the team to unwind and connect. As the evening drew closer, the mood shifted to a more formal dinner where everyone gathered for an exquisite dining experience followed by a vibrant party with a live DJ. The dance floor stayed alive well into the night. The evening also brought a bit of healthy competition, as teams competed for victory in a quiz that highlighted the cultural features and unique facts of each participating country.
One of the key moments of the event was the opportunity for our employees to truly connect in a more personal and informal setting. Whether through icebreakers or casual conversations, this event allowed everyone to step outside their daily roles and engage with their colleagues on a deeper level. The shared experience undoubtedly paved the way for stronger, more effective collaboration across the region.
Our amazing internal HR team, led by Anikó Sziládics, organized this memorable event with valuable support from the marketing team, ensuring everything ran smoothly and created an environment where colleagues could connect and have fun.
The Meet & Greet was not only a moment to celebrate our teams but also a stepping stone towards future projects and success. Bringing together such diverse talent from across borders strengthened the sense of unity, and we are more ready than ever to face the challenges ahead as a cohesive team.
